Quite a homebody, my kitchen always smells of freshly baked bread and the melody of a boiling kettle. Visitors are greeted with a cup of frothed oat milk cappuccino (Melbourne style - arguably incomparable) and it won’t be long before I’ll offer to serve up some specialty, such as pesto alla calabrese from scratch with fresh fettuccini which I learnt while in Italy. I’ve been known to bring homemade baked goods to extended overnight bookings and spring clean the entire home by the following day - ironically GFE, right? I love discovering new flavour palettes, so show me what you like… Or better yet, take me there! There will be no better way to experience an authentic cuisine than to embrace its culture and history, whether by plane or a short walk around the block. 

I am a vivid reader with a curated imagination, always seeking beauty and depth through life. As a result, I put 110% into all my creative pursuits. I enjoy expressing myself through my dress code and you will always find me stitching together another idea or outfit.
