My safety and peace of mind are my top priority when meeting with clients, therefore both screening AND a deposit are required if you would like to spend time with me. Please be respectful of this.

*DEPOSIT*

A minimum deposit of 30% of the total fee (50% deposit for tours) is required within 10 MINUTES of appointment details being finalised. Please do not contact me until you are ready to pay the deposit.

Deposits can be paid via the phone app Beem (preferable) or via PayID (money MUST clear in my account before I proceed with the booking. Under NO circumstances will I proceed with the booking until the payment has cleared in my account).

I do not offer bank transfer or PayPal as a payment option.

*PAYMENT*

The balance of my fee is payable upon arrival in CASH ONLY. Please bare this in mind.

*CANCELLATION POLICY*

If you cannot attend your appointment you may reschedule for another time within 4 weeks of the initial appointment as long as a minimum of 48 hours notice is given. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice the deposit is forfeited.

For tour bookings you may reschedule your appointment for another time during the same tour as long as a minimum of 24 hours notice is given. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice the deposit is forfeited.

If the tour is fully booked or no other suitable times are available, the deposit is forfeited.

You may only cancel and reschedule your appointment ONCE. If you cancel and reschedule more than once then the initial deposit is forfeited and you will need to pay a new deposit.

In the unlikely event that I am unable to attend an appointment (or if a tour is cancelled) you will be given a full refund of your deposit amount if we cannot reschedule for another time.
