Cancellation Policy:

Gold Coast Bookings

All bookings for the Gold Coast region require a deposit to confirm your appointment. Please be aware of the following terms:

• Deposits are strictly non-refundable.

• If you need to cancel your booking, your deposit may be transferred once to a new appointment time, provided it is rescheduled within 2 days of the original booking.

• If a new booking is not arranged within this 2-day window, the deposit is forfeited.

Touring Bookings (Outside the Gold Coast)

When touring other cities, time is limited and bookings are strictly managed. As such, the following cancellation terms apply:

• Cancellations made with more than 1 week’s notice: 50% of the full booking fee is still payable.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking: 100% of the booking fee is payable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

• All deposits are non-refundable.
