Cancellations:

Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice means you may use your deposit towards your next appointment (within 3 months).

Cancellations with between 24-48 hours notice forfeit your deposit.

Cancellations less than 24 hours notice forfeit your deposit and the full booking fee is owed. You will not be able to make another booking with me until this fee is payed.

In the rare event I need to cancel our appointment, your deposit will be refunded back to you.

Same day bookings:

I require at least 24 hours notice for booking, however a same day booking (with at least a few hours notice) may be possible for an additional $200 to compensate.
