I was fortunate enough to be able to spend a few hours with Ms Roma during one of her tours. She made me feel at ease from the start. Ms Roma genuinely engaged with me to understand and create a special time together. She is very much a lovely and warm person but can also be quite strict; and she certainly extended my boundaries in a playful and exciting way. It is very accurate when Ms Roma describes herself as someone who curates experiences that can be authentic, vulnerable and liberating. Chatting with a glass of wine afterwards about travel, wine, dining and destinations was an extra pleasure. I am looking forward to another opportunity to serve Ms Roma.
