I value structure, discipline, and etiquette.

This may have its roots in my ballet training, one of the strictest of all creative art forms, demanding an upright spine, a serene countenance, and a valiant spirit in the face of physical torment.

Of this, I am certain - my training, under an established dominant, led me to the realisation that my sessions, disciplinary or otherwise, must be conducted under High Protocol.

What does this mean?

It means respect for my rules.

We are all familiar with rules. Wear a seatbelt. Pay your taxes. (Mind your manners). Buy insurance. Sign the contract. (Hold your tongue). Rules not only tell us the way things are, but the way they should be done. Rules create consistency, and give us a sense of safety and order.

They tell us how to succeed.

Our sessions will take you on a journey to understand what it truly means to achieve perfection.
