In-Person Sessions: A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm and secure your booking

Online/Remote Sessions: A 100% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm and secure your booking

Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule or cancel, your deposit may be transferred to one new, mutually agreed date. Same-day cancellations will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Refunds are only issued in the rare event that I must cancel the session.

Any behaviour that compromises my health, safety, or well-being during a session will result in immediate termination of the booking without refund.

Screening & Confidentiality

To proceed with a booking, you must provide the requested screening details. These will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for verification purposes. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an SMS with a screenshot confirming receipt of your payment.
