5 Stars: Deposit - I had to cancel my appointment with this lady. She said that she would refund my $50 deposit. She then said something about Beem It not working and i thought here we go. She said shed send it in the mail. A week went by. Nothing. The following week i had an envelope containing my deposit. And... she emailed me 5 great photos as well as i dont get to Geelong often. She was understanding and generous so i will see her when I can.
