It was an absolute privilege to have a dinner date with Katija. Easily the best idea i have had all year. Time with her was always going to be an absolutely amazing experience, but to have a dinner date first - wow!! It just builds beautifully the connection, and also builds a tension. A tension that only a private dessert can resolve. If you are already leaning towards making a booking with her, do yourself a flavour, spoil yourself a bit more by taking her out for a dinner date.
