Well hello there!

I’m Kate, I hope to have the pleasure of meeting you. I hate how many “I’s” follow on from here, but the section asks me to describe myself so here we go.

I am a counsellor and sociologist by trade, have 3 degrees and love to learn. So it goes without saying, I do work in the corporate world and do this as a hobby. I’ve lived in several places already, and have recently returned back to Brisbane after a 2 year stint working in DC.

I know it’s a cliché and everyone says it, but I love to travel. My travel style is a mix of culture focussed experiences and luxury living. I don’t believe that you have to sacrifice comfort and luxury to get into the depth and nitty gritty of a place, to speak to the people there and learn about their culture, and a common theme you’ll find with me is that I don’t like to compromise! That old el paso ad from back in the day ‘por que no las dos?’ Has been my motto ever since. Why not both!

So, why am I here and what am I looking for. I’m here because, as hinted at earlier, I like nice AND new things! I like luxury, I like experiences, I just like doing new and fun things and find an awesome way to do that is on dates. Also as I mentioned earlier, I want it all (it sounds greedy, I know. I try to think of it as ambitious, instead!), and going on a date with a well off, charming, handsome, older (40-60 is PERFECT) man makes me feel good. That brings me to a key part of the bookings. Bookings must have a date component for me to accept. My preference is a message on here, then an SMS so I can see both that you’ve read this far, and your profile too!

I work, study, and am doing the ground work to start a business, so my time is precious and I am very selective. But I am an FIRM believer in giving what you are doing 100% of your attention, meaning if we’re on a date, my eyes are on you and my phone is away.

Speaking of our dates! The whole point is to have FUN, no? I love a deep chat, a light chat, no chat while we focus on an activity ( (like axe throwing or archery, get your mind out of the gutter! That comes after). You and your time are just as precious as me and mine, so let’s make the most of it.

Nitty gritty - deposits are required, and upfront payments ahead of time are preferred to reduce that transactional feeling. I don’t negotiate, and I don’t apologise for that - a girl with strong boundaries (and who can respect strong boundaries in others) is SEXY! Right?
