I met Johnny at the boat house, feeling nervous as I struggle to float lol. Never having been in a canoe before, I was drawn to the peacefulness of the water and decided to give it a try. Watching others struggle with direction and rowing only made my anxiety worse. Sensing my unease, Johnny took charge, guiding me into the boat and expertly steering with both paddles. His confident control was both impressive and reassuring. As I watched his large, capable hands navigate the water with ease, I felt a surge of excitement of the adventure ahead. It turned out to be an enjoyable day out and Johnny I can’t wait for you to steer my canoe again!
