If you reschedule with more than 24 hours notice, you can transfer our date ONCE to another day. If you reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, the deposit is non-refundable and a new deposit would have to be made in order to reschedule.

In the unlikely event that I have to cancel our date, the deposit will be refunded in full. During tours my time is very limited and deposits are non-refundable.
