I’m Gianna Elmas—six feet of quiet trouble and deliberate grace. By day I live in the worlds of medicine and business, where things are measured and earned; by night (and some days, with notice) I make room for chemistry that doesn’t need a microphone. I keep time like a promise: when I set it aside for you, it’s focused, unhurried, and entirely ours—my favourite distraction, and yours.

I’m warm with a playful edge, seductive when the moment asks, and I can talk about most things that keep a mind awake—clinics and markets, travel and mistakes, the book that changed your year. I train for strength and steadiness—resistance, endurance, mobility—feed my curiosity with work I care about, and guard my spirit with small rituals that make me honest. If there’s a proper Italian tiramisu on the menu, I’ll order it without apology; some pleasures deserve devotion.

I’m not for everyone, and that’s a comfort. What I offer is presence: the ease of being seen, a pace that breathes, conversation that lingers long after the glass is empty. I’m discreet, punctual, and I like plans that respect us both—daytime or evening when arranged in advance, confirmed with a simple deposit so we can forget the world and enjoy the minutes we chose.
