Although I never booked with Genevieve (as I was after a service she didn’t provide) I still wanted to leave a review thanking her and letting you all know just how polite and courteous she is. Several times though our texting Genevieve showed the upmost care, professionalism and even went to the extent of suggesting other providers who may suit my needs. She even let me know that she wouldn’t be replying for a few hours - to not cause any anxiety from a no reply. Thank you for making my exchange with you so pleasant.
