Reflections of my Sacred Spot Ritual with Ezel – an exploration of what safety feels like in my body I was expertly guided through conversation, intention setting, connection and an authentic masculine presence that Ezel held throughout the whole ritual process. His artistry of making me feel safe enabled my mind to quieten and my body to relax and open. There was something so healing to be able to fully express what was alive and be witnessed in the process. I ventured into the depths of my grief and ecstasy all the while knowing I was safe.
