I have just been graced with a delectable two hours with Evie Simone. Once again, I made the mistake of not allowing enough time to savour the experience fully and our time passsed all too quickly.. a lesson to be learned. Still, I feel that I have been truly blessed and every moment in Evie’s company just makes me want more. Evie is a truly remarkable young woman - intelligent, articulate and wise beyond her years and I could easily have lost the rest of my weekend in her smiling eyes. I am already yearning for the next time that we can meet.
