Summer is nearly here! December for many is a festive time of year. I'm more interested in relaxing days at beaches, eating delicious fresh fruit and salads on hot sunny days, cute picnics, summer dresses, wearing next to nothing, being drenched in sweat, gorgeous longer days and having the sun join me for my morning meditations instead of doing them shivering in the cold.
Don't worry - I have air con! Just because I love it balmy, does not mean you need to suffer when you visit. I know not everyone is as enthusiastic about the hot Australian sun as I am, and your comfort is important to me.
To celebrate this time of year filled with joy and light, I want to make it easier for us to have those long casual sessions with easy-going vibes, languid layabouts and laughter.
