As a first timer, my nerves were apparent from arrival, Alice does such an incredible job of disarming you and making you feel comfortable at your own pace. She's so easy to engage with and we were quickly chatting. I never felt rushed throughout as she smoothly guided, suggested and listened, taking the time to figure out what was needed and what worked, in such a natural and organic way. Cherry on top was the incredible view, both inside and outside the room
