What’s the most rewarding aspect of your job?
Working with a variety of people with different needs, desires and backgrounds. I really enjoy the challenges and ability to be creative in all areas of my work. From passionate girlfriend experiences to challenging logistics of working with people with disabilities and limited mobility.
If you could change one thing about the industry, what would it be?
The stigma and discrimination attached to sex workers and their families/lives.
What’s a song that always lifts your mood?
Lizzo – Water me. This always puts a spring in my step and helps me regain my focus and perspective.
What’s the most adventurous thing you’ve ever done?
I’ve got a long list of adventurous things I’ve experienced in my life. In my personal life, it would be travelling half way around the world back to Manchester in the UK. I did this solo after graduating high school at 18.
In my career as a sex worker on of my most adventurous quests was attending a large 200+ acre property and being driven around the paddocks naked on the earth mover. It was an amazing experience and a lot of fun in the summer – we ended up finding a nice spot near the river watching the animals on the property before exploring each other.
What’s a quote or saying that resonates with you deeply?
A persons actions talk louder than any words they speak.
If you could go back in time, what advice would you give to your younger self?
Forgive yourself and embrace your inner child. You owe it to yourself and the people around you really do love the authentic you.
Who has been the most influential person in your life and why?
In recent years I would say Jenna Love & Holly Harte. I stumbled on their Somebody you love podcast when I came back to the industry and I found their content invaluable in helping me shape my own journey. Their episodes and topics the community faces helped me consider my goals, fears and where I wanted to go moving forward in my career whilst also being considerate of my own position of privilege in the industry.
