Interview Part Two: A Closer Look.

Ready for a second round? Ivy Société sent me another set of interview questions and I couldn’t resist.
Enjoy!

What is your ideal date with a client?

A relaxed longer date where we can exchange anecdotes and jokes – as well as physical pleasure. It’s no secret that I love to share sparkling lunches on the river or intimate candlelit dinners. Fine dining together is as much a sensual experience as, well, dining on each other. I’m a member of the growing club who prefers the “dessert” before the “plat principal” IYKYK

What’s your biggest turn on?

Passion. Plus good manners, kind gestures and tipping the wait staff.

What’s your favourite restaurant and your favourite dish on the menu?

Wildflower – it’s hard to pin down a dish because they have an ever changing menu which reflects the indigenous seasons of Western Australia. But every dish there is exquisite epicurean art.

Among your friends, what are you best known for?

My sense of humour, helpful supportive nature and ability to give unfiltered honest advice. I’ve been described by my friends as “chill but stimulating” which I quite like!

Whats something you couldn’t live without?

Coffee – barista brewed flat white with almond milk thank you!

What’s Your favourite Place on Earth?

Anywhere coastal – Banyuls sur Mer and the south of France in general plus Margaret River are the examples which stand out.

If you could have any celebrity as a client, who would it be and why?

I cannot really think of any because to be honest I find everyone fascinating regardless of how high their profile is. If you’re a humanist you’ll recognise importance in everyone – that is an essential quality for this work.
I have had a couple of high profile patrons but I would never reveal their identities even to industry peers as privacy is of utmost importance to me.
